The purpose of Arcola Community & Economic Development (ACED) is to:

Promote and support the growth and development of businesses, population, infrastructure, and services to the community
Create and convey a positive brand / message of Arcola by showcasing community strengths in order to unify the community

ACED offers local incentives to new businesses wanting to capitalize on the prime location along the I-57 corridor boasting 17,300 average daily vehicles.
